2Rivers Church will be offering $105,000 for 2 acres of land on Duello Rd. (By way of providing appropriate comparisons, in December 2006, Lake St. Louis Family Church purchased 5.27 acres at 1590 Duello Rd. for $294,300 or $55,844 an acre. The Wentzville School District purchased 15-acres adjacent to the property in May 2006 for $70,000 per acre or $1 Million.)

This purchase:
-Would double our road frontage on “Main entrance” side of church. This is the main item which makes this purchase beneficial to 2Rivers. (See photo below)
-Would be minimal burden on current loan because of adjusted rate dropping over the last 2 months
-Is Elder and Trustee approved

The trustees also had previously elected voluntarily to pay down the church’s original mortgage by $50,000, therefore the debt load on the church is increasing by only approximately $55,000.
